A cabin and boat house at a private estate in Woodland Hills, California, that was built in 2001, is worth more than $7 million, according to a real estate appraiser.
Woods, who has spent much of his life in New Orleans, built the home on his former Louisiana estate in 2001.
He and his wife, Nancy, had lived there since 2005.
The house is listed at $1.2 million on the California Department of Finance’s website.
It is listed as one of four homes in the neighborhood, according the real estate firm Real Estate Agent Analytics.
The house was built to resemble the home from the Disney movie, “Walt Disney World: The Adventures of Pinocchio,” according to the listing.
The property was purchased by Nancy Woods for $1,000,000 in 2015.
Woodland Hills has long been popular with celebrities, according a survey by Real Estate Agents Analytics.
The home has been featured on ABC’s “Good Morning America” and “CBS This Morning.”
