A new home on Los Angeles’ Westside is on the chopping block.
A new development that will feature a “couple of homes on a small lot” is scheduled to open this fall in the city’s Woodlawn neighborhood.
The project is expected to feature a two-bedroom, two-bathroom house with two-car garage and a deck.
The project will be built by B&W Design, which specializes in affordable homes, according to a statement from the company.
The house is expected be completed by the end of 2017.
The listing was created by a real estate agent, and the house is not listed for sale.
The building will be part of a larger project on Woodlamp, a few blocks west of downtown Los Angeles.
B&P Architecture also is planning a project at the site, which will include two apartment buildings, a two bedroom, two bath, two garage and two-way streetcar.
